2. Coordination and follow ups for samples and order deliveries for clients
3. Maintaining quality checks and approvals before order deliveries
4. Maintaining purchase and sales invoices and other documents for coordination of deliveries
5. Maintaining monthly expense and GST Sheets for analysis
6. Managing, consolidating and converting leads from B2B channels like Indiamart, Opportunity,
Trade India etc.
7. Visiting exhibitions for exploring new products, vendors and client leads

Requirements

Should be a Graduate, BBA/MBA
Good command over English and Hindi
Should be dedicated, positive and open to learning
Experience In admin and logistics is preferred
Should have a personal laptop, internet connection and vehicle to travel

Marketing Intern

Key Work Areas

1. Contribute in the development, maintenance and analysis of the website
2. Develop & implement the quarterly and monthly marketing calendar for online channels –
Email, social, blogs & videos, WhatsApp – for branding and sales purposes
3. Weekly and monthly reporting for performance if these channels
4. Create Digital kits for Branding, Sales & Marketing and Employee Welcome
5. Maintaining company brand profiles on all B2B, HR and marketing forums
6. Find & create new, innovative products, combos and vendors to add
7. Attending various online/offline B2B events for exploring new products, client leads, networking
& collaboration possibilities

Requirements

BBA/MBAs with inclination towards social media, marketing and analytics
Excellent command over English and Hindi
Should be proficient in MS Excel, MS power point, Canva, Mailchimp, Hubspot, scheduling platforms
Self-starter, disciplined, motivated, self-driven, open to learning, creative
Should have a personal laptop, internet connection and vehicle to travel

Sales Manager

2-3 years’ experience in concept selling may be preferred
